T&c’s
Although we no longer have an e-commerce online shop it is still possible to order over the phone or by email, and although not as slick as an ‘add to cart’ system we  aim to make this purchasing process as painless as possible and offer you the same great service we aspire to provide in person in the shop. Please take the time read through the T&C’S and pay particular attention to the deliver, returns and refund policy, which after all constitutes the main information most buyers are interested in.
Contract of Sale
By placing an order with us and completing the payment process you have entered into an agreement with us to supply you those goods. We appreciate that distance ordering requires a certain degree of trust and wherever possible we will endeavour to supply photos and accurate descriptions to ensure that the product you are ordering matches your expectations.
Delivery
We will aim to ship your purchase within two working days and will discuss with you at the time, the best shipping options based on your needs for price & expediency.
The timely and safe arrival of your purchase is our responsibility so please ensure you contact us at your earliest convenience should the goods fail to arrive or be damaged in transit the goods are lost or damaged in transit, so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund should this occur.
Cancellation, returns & refund policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after delivery but you must inform us that this is your intention in writing within this 7 day period. Unless the goods have arrived damaged or were not as described you will be responsible for the return shipping and responsible for returning the goods in a as good and salable condition as they were shipped to you. Upon successful receipt of the goods back to us we will offer you a refund, inclusive of your shipping costs (where applicable) in as timely a manner as possible though usually within 3 days.
If you do fail to  return the goods, we will be unable to offer a refund. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the deterioration in value.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, however the terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of your purchase are the ones which govern that particular transaction and contract with us.
